A Proposed New "Health Spring" subject: "Healthonomy"

It seems to me that we have not yet exhausted the characterization "2.0" (in economy, medicine, health care,...) that "3.0" is already well upon us, so much so that we find ourselves immersed in it. Thus, beyond information (content) to be incorporated into the web, it is becoming more and more pressing and important to consider the economic impact (which, I would hope, will be beneficial) of this information. In medicine and health care, it would be a question of bringing together patients, physicians and allied health care providers, hospitals, health care insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, professional societies, etc... so as to improve on medical care, reduce its cost, render it financially accessible (everywhere, particularly in third-world countries undergoing development). This is nothing short of a "health spring". In fact, it is not a secret that medical care has become a major economic and societal stumbling block in such societies. For this fusion of medical care and social media, I have coined the word "Healthonomy" ("health" + "economy"), a challenge I hope we could successfully take up.
